Job Responsibilities
- Prepare details implementation plan in line with project activities
- Quality support and Monitoring of project activities
- Liaison and coordination with Local Govt. Stakeholder, CPP and Upazilla administration
- Arrange field level program with cost effective manner
- Monitoring monthly expenses and prepare monthly budget in line with agreed plan
- Responsible for community people to reduce risk of climate vulnerabilities
- Support to organize Local Lead Adaptation Plan preparation workshop at Union Level
- Support to organize Locally Lead Adaptation Plan validation workshop at District and Upazila Level
- Construction Climate Resilient House cum mini shelter at community level
- Restoration or strengthening of weak/partially damaged house
- Construction/restoration of fully damaged house including Rain Water Harvesting (RWH) and Toilet
- Community center and sites connected road/approach road repair & maintenance, culvert and similar construction
- Drainage system development at community level for costal region
- Community cattle shed or community raised plinth/cluster village
- Strengthening/Protection of Inner dyke/protection wall
- Conduct detailed site assessments to identify climate change risks and vulnerabilities.
- Manage project budget, ensuring financial planning, expenditure tracking, and reporting.
- Orientation on climate smart house building and repair at union level
- Capacity Development training and tools/materials to carpenters/Masons/helpers 2days for 18 persons/event
- Minor repair of community place/cyclone shelter and training to SMC
- Environment friendly construction technology transferred to entrepreneurs for small startup (training, orientation, tools, manual, materials etc.)
- Staff orientation/capacity building training on Renewable Energy and Resilient structure for all staff
- Development of community harboring system

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or Architecture or environmental science, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- At least 12 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 40 to 45 years
- A specialization in climate change adaptation, Climate Resilient infrastructure development & Climate resilient house design and implementation desirable.
- Experience in managing and implementing infrastructure projects, preferably in the context of climate change adaptation or disaster risk reduction.
