Job Context

Business Development is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the business of the Company in the image editing (Clipping Path) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sectors, with special focus on successfully bidding and submitting proposals for BPO-related jobs and projects in Freelance Marketplace Platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr. Other job responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, generating leads, coordinating with project managers during costing, negotiation and contract pricing, closing deals and coordinating with a network of sales agents overseas. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the image editing services , as well as a proven track record of business development in these industries.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify new market opportunities, both locally and globally with special focus on foreign clients, and develop strategies to penetrate those markets.
- Maintain strong rapport with, provide assistance to and coordinate with network of sales agents overseas.
- Successfully bid and submit proposals for BPO-related jobs and projects in Freelance Marketplace Platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr.
- Formulate and execute effective online and social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Search, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
- Generate leads on potential clients, maintain repository of leads, forward leads to suitable sales agents and follow-up on leads throughout the sales funnel.
- Develop relationships with potential clients and build rapport.
- Work with Project Manager on costing and pricing.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Mentor and provide leadership to a team of business development associates and interns.
- Track and report on business development metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
