Job Context

  • We are looking for a Junior Executive – Business Operations for our Business Management Consultancy Department. The incumbant in this position will play a vital role in supporting our foreign clients` requirements. He will extensively visit various government offices for different types of permission & approval from authority for foreign clients. Also he will be responsible for research & analysis for clients, prepare reports and submission.
  • Knowledge about Business Setup for foreign investors and Management Consultancy will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Correspondence with different government offices & ministries to collect the primary & secondary information and prepare research related report on behalf of client(s).
  • Preparation of different types of businesses & company registration documents based on the demand from client(s).
  • Cooperation with clients regarding their VISA, Work Permit & Security Clearance.
  • Submission of different types of documents to the concerned government offices & ministries according to demand from client(s).
  • Frequently visit inside and outside of Dhaka Metro and different government offices & ministries.
  • Collection of primary & secondary information from different govt. & other sources as per the clients’ requirements.
  • Maintain best liaison with Government Officials for any types of tasks.
  • Provide adequate advice to client(s) based to their demands.
  • Any other work relating to the job assigned by the reporting head/supervisor.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Economics, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
  • BBA / MBA from any reputed public / private university, Major in Marketing, International Business, Economic, Finance or Accounting.

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Consulting Firms, Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Engineering Firms, Financial Consultants, Immigration/Visa Processing, Manpower Recruitment, Manufacturing (FMCG), Market Research Firms, Multinational Companies, Trading or Export/Import
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.


Additional Requirements

  • Age 23 to 33 years
