Job Responsibilities
- Attend the weekly trips
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
- Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc) to clients.
- Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payment/fees.
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds.
- Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
- Maintain statistical and financial records.
- Meet profit and sales targets

- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone, Documentation for visa, Visa Processing, Visa submission procedure
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 28 years
- Only females are allowed to apply
- Fluency in English communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Intermediate level).
- Appropriate communication skills in speaking & writing (Both in Bangla & English).
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
- Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
