Abdul Monem Limited`s Construction Division is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations Executive to contribute to our ongoing projects. As an Operations Executive, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team who will contribute in project management, coordination, and documentation, ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, continued success and growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data from project sites for reporting and decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documents, including meeting minutes and notices.
- Create presentations to support marketing initiatives and project updates.
- Establish and maintain communication with stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure efficient project coordination.
