Job Context

Foodi Express Ltd. (a concern of US-Bangla Airlines) is an online food and grocery delivery platform. We are looking for self-driven and experienced Executive / Senior Executive- Operation, who will be reporting to the Line Manager to organize and oversee the daily operations of the business. The successful candidate will ensure that our operations are well-coordinated and productive by managing rider operations, setting up and implementing SOPs, and coaching the rider team to be operationally efficient.
Job Responsibilities
- New Rider acquisition
- Rider Training and management
- Maintain recruitment software and update data accordingly and conduct background checks and verify identity.
- Derive insights and formulate strategies for longer-term retention, improve rider
- supply, and enhance the rider experience
- Optimize operations through innovation and process development to implement the best practices
- Opportunity to manage in-house tools for communications and engagement.
- Analyze and track KPIs to improve operations performance
- Optimize our demand and supply forecast model
- Define and own the incentives model to influence rider’s performance.
