Job Context

We are looking for an efficient Architect who has sound knowledge of Architecture and Interior design
Job Responsibilities
- To Work for high rise multi storied modern commercial complex will be given preference.
- Develop concept and detailed designs and drawings for both Interior and Exterior work.
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate with the design team, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and successful project execution.
- Have to know FAR calculation and related RAJUK rules, accessibility standards, and other relevant regulations.
- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and cost estimates to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Have to inspect and monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to architectural plans.
- Good observational skills and ability to recreate 3D models.
- Have to prepare detailed architectural documentation, including design drawings, technical specifications, and project progress reports.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both clients and team members.
- Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design and drawing will get preference.

- Applicant must have I.A.B. Membership.

- AutoCAD, Interior Design, LUMION, Photoshop, VRAY, 3D Studio Max, Sketch–Up.
- Must have a strong portfolio that will focus on various range of design projects and technical skills.
