Job Context

The designer must have a strong capability in Residence Design, Office Design, Any type of Interior Design (Bank, Office, Residence, Hotel, etc), Restaurant Design, Hospital, Club, Hotel Design, Exhibition Gallery Design, etc.
Job Responsibilities
- Good knowledge of Modern and Contemporary Interior 2D & 3D Design.
- Adequate knowledge of modern materials.
- Highly skilled and proficient in 3D visualization ( Modelling, Rendering, Animation ) and 2D presentation.
- Any Design-related duties could be assigned by the office.
- Proficient in Architectural planning.
- Calculation of FAR.
- Preparing sheet for RAJUK / Other Authorities.
- The capability of managing teamwork.
- Meeting with client and site visit.
- Keep record regarding Site information & supervision copy of approved plan and detailed information.
- Must follow the instructions of Management.
- Site Visit & Supervision.
