Job Context
- We are inviting application from only eligible who has 5-7 years work experienced with similar job in a reputed Architectural Farm / Real Estate Company.
- This is full time permanent post and must be able to perform the given job responsibilities.
- Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
- Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare preliminary drawings, designs and specifications.
- Develop concept and detailed design & drawing of multi storied building.
- Prepare detail working drawings for construction and compile specification documents.
- Capable to prepare Rajuk drawing for approval.
- Perform site visits on a regular basis to check on project status.
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
- Cooperate and liaise with construction and project management department.
- Prepare project presentation, 3D visualization.
- Prepare interior design &drawing.
- Field survey existing buildings to create as-built drawing.
- Any other responsibility assigns to him by the superior authority.

Educational Requirements
- B.Sc. in Architecture.
- BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET will get preference.
- Skills Required: 3d Visualization, Architectural Drafting, Auto CAD 2D 3D, Auto CAD Drafting, Interior Design, Software Architect, Structural Design

- 5 to 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
