Job Context
- Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover.
- We are looking for an experienced candidate for Architect/ Senior Architect position who will be able to work for both Building and Interior Solution.
- The candidate will be responsible for full projects from starting part to end part. He will be also responsible for project and construction management, project monitoring and overall project coordination in both effective & efficient manner.
- Candidates who has vast experiences as interior architect to any architect firm are highly encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation/3D preparation as per requirements of the Company.
- The applicants should have experience in creative Interior Design Solutions.
- Visit clients and work for increasing clients satisfactions as and when required.
- Prepare BOQ & Specification as per design-drawing.
- Giving assistance & co-ordination with the Project Engineer & concerned person.
- Maintain correspondence with External Architectural Firms.
- Other responsibilities to be assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) from reputed private or public Universities.
- Candidates from BUET, KUET, CUET, RUET, BRAC, NSU, IUB, Ahasanullah University are highly preferable.
- Training/ Trade Course: Auto CAD, Design and drawing, Furniture design
- Skills Required: Interior and Building Solutions.

- Having at least 5 (five) year’s experience in Residential, Commercial & Interior- Exterior design.
- Must be honest, dedicated, self motivated, proactive, energetic & punctual.

- The interior architect who has work experiences in any renowned architect firm will get extra priority.
