Job Context

    Shoplover.com is a US-Bangla Airlines e-commerce venture that is looking for a full-time Commercial Executive/Sr. Executive/AM to play a pivotal role in Sales and Supply Chain Fulfillment.

Job Responsibilities

  • 360-degree nurturing and monitoring of the designated category of product/portfolio with the purpose of generating sales and ensuring maximum product presence on the company’s platforms (website, app, social media pages)
  • Performing market visits (online and offline) to meet the relevant clients/vendors/stakeholders to ensure presence of products on the company’s platforms (web, app, page)
  • Coordinating with the Content team to maintain proper reflection on the website and app of the vendors’ products and services
  • Understanding the growth metrics and sales target set by the Category Head/Line Manager and design plans to achieve those
  • Performing R & D (Product research with full knowledge of specifications)
  • Analyzing sales output based on digital marketing promotion
  • Monitoring category-wise website visibility of portfolio
  • Updating the contents (product description, pricing, specifications) of each product present in the website/apps/platforms
  • Negotiating with vendors for pricing, products, contents
  • Sourcing products and portfolios based on the demand set by management/customers/clients/other relevant stakeholders
  • Establishing a strategic chain between commercial and logistics with the purpose of timely inbounding of the products to our designated warehouse/dark stores and timely delivery of the orders to customers
  • Working on the order export data and planning inbounding of the products based on the vendor pick-up locations
  • Preparing purchase orders (PO), getting approval of those POs from the Category Head/Commercial head/COO, and coordinating with accounts and audit team for fund sanctions.
  • Assisting the Logistics team with QC (Quality controlling) of the products inbounded at the warehouse
  • Monitoring and auditing stock of the products inbounded and daily dispatch of the products for customer delivery
  • Coordinating with 3rd party courier services or timely pick-up and delivery of the products
  • Fulfilling customer complaints and relevant documentation
  • Managing and coordinating challan, bill, quotations, purchase orders, and other relevant documentation
  • Submitting the above-mentioned documents to accounts/audit/other financial stakeholders for timely reconciliations of funds sanctioned earlier
