Job Context

We are seeking a motivated, creative, and analytical Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional marketing strategies and modern outreach techniques, with the ability to create and execute engaging, impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to create brand awareness, stimulate interest, and generate leads.
- Cold outreach to clients via email, LinkedIn and message
- Email Marketing: Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements. Making sure all emails are getting delivered without going to the spam folder. Create email campaigns that get a better open rate and response rate etc.
- Social Media Marketing: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc, marketing campaigns, and YouTube marketing. Better experience in Linkedin marketing is a plus.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. This includes coordinating schedules and setting up meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team.
- Paid Advertisement: Facebook Ads, Google Ads etc (Campaign Planning and Execution, Content Create & Management)
- Team Work: Coordinate with internal teams like design, writing and web development teams to illustrate marketing materials. Oversee the development of marketing materials such as email campaigns, direct mail, telemarketing scripts, web content, brochures, and other collaterals.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to potential clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media. The goal is to initiate conversations and build interest in the company’s products or services.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
- Prospect Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to determine their fit with the company’s products or services. This may involve reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and determining how the company’s solutions can address those needs.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients who have shown interest in the company’s products or services but have not yet made a purchase decision
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of outbound marketing campaigns, using data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
