Job Context

    As an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager of Digital Marketing, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of various online campaigns to achieve the company`s digital marketing goals, enhance brand presence, and drive customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and more.
  • Content Management: Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of relevant, engaging, and high-quality content across digital channels.
  • Social Media Management: Contribute to managing and growing the company’s social media presence by creating content calendars, posting engaging content, monitoring user engagement, and responding to comments.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • SEO and SEM: Assist in optimizing the company’s website for search engines and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns to increase online visibility and drive relevant traffic.
  • Email Marketing: Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure the successful implementation of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the digital marketing landscape.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
