Job Responsibilities
- Achieve Home Loan portfolio growth target for Dhaka & Chattogram Market
- Implement effective customer acquisition and retention strategies to enhance the customer base.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, branches, and internal teams.
- Proactively monitor the performance of business team, offer necessary guidance to subordinates for development and target achievement.
- Ensure initial screening and credit assessment of potential clients.
- Be involved with continuous improvement of policies and processes as required.
- Prepare and execute campaigns for Home Loan.
