Job Context
- As a Client Support Executive you have to deal with various kind of new and old clients.
- You must be a great communicator.
- Job Location is Paltan Tower, Purana Paltan, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities
- Must have excellent speaking and listening skills
- Either prior experience as a client service representative or in providing international customer support.
- Active listening and strong phone contact managing abilities.
- To satisfy clients, determine and evaluate their needs.
- To answer consumer questions, one must possess a thorough understanding of the company’s goods and services.
- Handle client concerns, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within the allotted period, and then follow up to make sure the issue has been resolved.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
