Regional Sales Manager – Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Premix, Tea leaf and Paper Cup products, with a primary focus on Premix products, within the designated territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential distribution channels.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Collect and report of competitor activities to Sales Monitor, Head Office.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the sales manager.
• Ensure timely delivery and distribution of products to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and events.
