Job Context
-
The incumbent will be responsible for grabbing the business opportunity of PWD, DESA, WASA, BREB, MES & other Govt, Semi Govt and Private contractors to ensure Tender related business for Walton electrical appliance products.
Job Responsibilities
- Regularly visit PWD, DESA, WASA, BREB, MES & other Govt, Semi Govt and Private contractors to collect tender-related proposals in favor of Walton.
- Communicate & persuade with concerned Tender authority to get regular basis Tender updates.
- Prepare tender documents with maintaining all tender compliance.
- Always meet the deadline to submit the Tender in favor of WHIPLC.
- Achieve monthly sales & collection targets given by the management.
- Ensure party collection to maintain credit limit as per policy.
- Follows up the product delivery to ensure on-time delivery.
- Liaison with logistics, production, delivery and transport to ensure prompt & proper service to the clients
- Regular follow-up of team members & clients to achieve their given sales target.
- Responsible for achieving the Tender department sales target given by the management.
- Any other official task assigned by the Head of Sales.

Educational Requirements
- BBA / MBA / Masters from any disciplinary.
- Skills Required: Goal Oriented, Networking and Communications Skills, Should have knowledge of Govt. tender process, Smart presentation Skill, Willing to Travel
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electrical Accessories, Tender Preparation, Tender Processing
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
- Should have Product Knowledge.
