Job Context

This position is responsible for promoting and selling the company`s products to medical professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, clinics, and hospitals. You will play a role in building and maintaining strong relationships with Doctors & chemists in the healthcare industry. Your goal will be to drive product awareness, educate healthcare professionals about the benefits and features of our pharmaceutical products, and ultimately increase sales and market share.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territories.
- Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, clinics and hospitals.
- Conduct regular visits to medical professionals such as- Doctor, Chemist to provide product information, samples, and promotional materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer interactions.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. (Science background is highly preferable)
- Skills Required: Sales & Marketing
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 22 years
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical promotion, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex medical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in using smartphone applications and software for sales reporting and analysis.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
