কলেজ/ইউনিভার্সিটি রানিং স্টুডেন্ট এবং অবসরপ্রাপ্ত গৃহিনীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
Job Responsibilities
- ফোনে বিভিন্ন ধরণের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেয়া, তথ্য দেয়া।
- ফোনে আসা বিভিন্ন অভিযোগের নিস্পত্তি করা অথবা সমাধানের পথ দেখানো।
- কাস্টমার দের বিভিন্ন সময়ে ফোন করে তাদের সাথে সার্ভিসের আলোচনা করা।
- উল্লেখযোগ্য ঘটনাকালে কোম্পানীর বিভিন্ন কর্মচারীকে ফোন দিয়ে জানানো।
- ম্যানেজমেন্ট কে রেগুলার রিপোর্ট প্রদান করা।
