Job Responsibilities
- ফৌজদারি/দেওয়াানী আদালতে কোম্পানীর বাদী হিসাবে মামলা পরিচালনা করা।
- খেলাপিদের বিরুদ্ধে মামলা দায়ের করার জন্য যথাযথ পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করা। অর্থ্যাৎ কেস নথি প্রস’ত করতে যাবতীয় তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা, মামলার রেকর্ড, রিপোর্ট, বিবৃতি আপডেট করা, ফাইলিং এবং আইন বিভাগের অন্যান্য অফিসের সাথে সমন্বয় বজায় রাখা।
- চলমান মামলাগুলি দ্রুত অগ্রসর হচ্ছে কিনা তা তদারকি করা।
- কোর্টে কোম্পানির নিযুক্ত আইনজীবীদের সাথে যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখা।
- শ্রম আইন ও শ্রম বিধি সম্পর্কে সঠিক ধারণা থাকা।
- কোম্পানির ম্যানেজমেন্ট কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত অন্য কোনো কার্য সম্পাদন করা।

- Bachelor of Law (LLB) ডিগ্রিধারী প্রার্থীদেরকে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
