Job Context

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer or Software Engineer proficient in PHP, specifically Laravel and CodeIgniter frameworks, to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions. Additionally, expertise in C#, React, and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial for this role.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using PHP Laravel and CodeIgniter frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define requirements and develop solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Optimise application performance and implement industry best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
- 3 to 5 years of experience in PHP development, with a strong focus on Laravel and CodeIgniter frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Familiarity with databases knowledge of MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment
