Senior Officer – Accounts & Finance

Job Responsibilities

• Create monthly balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and bank
• reconciliations, as well as other financial statements by software and other process.
• Create and keep vouchers for all transactions with correct documentation.
• Preparation of bank payment vouchers and various types of journal vouchers for uploading to software.
• Have to work with accounting software TALLY/ SAP.
• Cash management and bank transactions.
• Reconciliation of cash, bank, party, and inter-company transactions.
• Maintain all accounting books, registers, and ledgers, among other things.
• Prepare the payroll register, payments, and handwritten checks, as well as the associated reports.
• Maintain petty cash, supplier ledger, party ledger, and other register books.
• Create a cash flow statement every month.
• As needed, prepare financial reports and budget variance reports.
• Any other assignment as assigned by the management.
