Job Context
- Work from home, Monday – Friday.
- Candidate is expected to work UK hours – 08:00 – 16:00 hrs (BD Time 13:00 – 21:00 hrs).
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and drive business growth for the company.
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for the company’s products and services.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and actively manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, industry partners, and influencers to expand the company’s reach and enhance its reputation.
- Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales, marketing, and lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for optimizing sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, leads, conversions, and other key performance indicators to the management team.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and provide input for product development and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure client requirements are effectively communicated and delivered.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Candidates having tech background will be preferred.
- Skills Required: Client Relationship Management, Cold Calling, EMail Clear understanding about marketing promotional tools., lead generation, Market Research and Development, Sales & Marketing, Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
