Job Context

Foodi Express Ltd. (a concern of US-Bangla Airlines) is an online food and grocery delivery platform. We are looking for an experienced Brand & Communication Lead to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. You`ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of effective brand communication strategies and campaigns.
- Plan and develop social media campaigns.
- Work closely with other departments such as Business Development, customer service, content, finance, and tech teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Brainstorm content marketing strategies based around.
- Leading a team consisting of a copywriter, media buyer, visualizer, photographer, and videographer.
- Managing agency including briefing campaign goals, and strategies and overseeing the executions.
- OVC and TVC idea generation and creation.
- Oversee marketing copy, images, videos, emails, and other collateral.
- Ideation & Execution of Brand Strategy
- Collaborate with designers, PR, and other professionals on large and small-scale marketing projects.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
- Use analytics tools to analyze data and performance metrics of the website and digital marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
- Develop and manage social media accounts to engage with customers and promote the business.
- Develop a content marketing strategy that aligns with the business’s brand and goals.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure marketing efforts are cost-effective and align with business goals.
- Develop and manage various digital media campaigns such as reach, engagement, and traffic campaigns to drive traffic and sales to the website.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and use the data to optimize and improve future marketing efforts.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Preferably from IBA (DU), IBA (JU), NSU, DU, BRAC, BUP, EWU, IUB
- Skills Required: Advertising , Branding, Campaign Planning, Corporate Communication

- At most 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Promotion, Digital Marketing - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
