Job Responsibilities
- Have learn attitude & interested to work in a diversified environment with honesty, sincerity.
- Must have to mentality to work as a team member.
- Basic Computer knowledge ( MS Office, Mailing, Internet )
- Candidates must be proficient in both verbal and written in English & Bengali.
- Perform excellent duties in several departments such as Planning, Quality, IE, Marketing and R&D also.
- Proper use of man, machine and material.
- Capacity analyze increase productivity reduce wastage.
- Arrange daily forecast meeting.
- Does production study, capacity study, motion study, work place engineering etc.
- Work in production floor effectively.
- Must be maintaining the company policy.
- Must have inspection idea such as, Material, fabric, chemical, final product etc.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Textile Engineering.
- Bachelor in Industrial Engineering.
