Job Context

    As the HR and Admin Manager at Agroverse Limited, you will play a critical role in shaping our company`s culture, managing HR functions, recruiting a skilled workforce, and ensuring efficient administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and best practices.
  • Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handling and checking employee daily attendance, activity, and policy compliance for all staff both in HQ and Factory.
  • Handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Formulating SOP and setting up standard company practices for all departments and staff and ensure proper communication of company policy among all staff.
  • Maintaining a productive work environment by ensuring employee compliance with good HR practices.
  • Preparing monthly management reports for overall employee performances.
  • Managing day-to-day office operations, including facilities management and supplies inventory.
  • Handling government agencies, license renewals, etc.
  • Company assets management, documentation and maintaining logbook, etc.
  • Managing office budgets and expenses and validating by taking management approval.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Skills Required: Office Administration, Proficient in Microsoft Office
