Job Context

As a B2B Marketing Specialist at Outwear Asia, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to our target business audiences based on B2B Marketplace. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and support the sales team in achieving revenue goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the B2B sector (Platform i.e., Alibaba, IndiaMart)
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize B2B marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies, including content marketing, email marketing, webinars, and other channels to acquire and nurture high-quality leads.
- Content Creation: Generate ideas to create compelling and informative B2B-focused content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and social media updates, to engage and educate our audience.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and manage ABM programs to personalize marketing efforts for key accounts and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of B2B marketing initiatives using key metrics, such as ROI, conversion rates, and lead quality. Provide regular reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring seamless communication and lead handover.
- Marketing Technology: Utilize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other software to streamline marketing processes and optimize lead nurturing.
- Trade Shows and Events: Plan and coordinate B2B events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and engage with potential clients.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus).

- Proven experience (3years) in B2B marketing, preferably in the RMG and FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) is a plus.
