Currently we expand our business at Basundhara, Aftabnagar and Banasree Residential area in Dhaka City. As per present market survey and clients given rating Dreamway Holding Ltd achieved the top land sharing Real estate Company in Bangladesh. Our main goal is to provide a very sustainable work environment for our Employees. We are looking for some dynamic and motivated young professional for the position of Asst. Manager/ Deputy Manager – Regulatory Affairs for its Construction Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordination with design Consultants (Structural, Electrical, and Plumbing) for the effective implementation of projects.
- Coordinate and Liaison with RAJUK for Timely Drawing, Design Approval.
- Coordinate and Liaison with Basundhara office for land, gate pass, Authorization, inspection and others land use related issues.
- Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Smooth coordination with the corporate office construction management team.
- Ensure quality works and quality products & Authentication/Certification of bills.
- Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management.
- RAJUK Communication related Expertise will be given extra preference.
- Must have tie with DHL Legal Department.
- Other duties and projects relating to Construction Management as assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
