Job Context

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Office Administrative Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operations of our corporate office. As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative processes, coordinating office activities, and providing essential support to various departments. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a productive and well-organized corporate environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Ensure the effective day-to-day functioning of the corporate office by overseeing administrative tasks, including facility maintenance, office supplies procurement, and equipment management.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and manage the administrative support team, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and office clerks. Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Calendar and Meeting Management: Coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange conferences. Ensure timely communication and coordination among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and employees, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Event Planning: Organize corporate events, meetings, workshops, and conferences. Manage logistics, catering, and other event-related details.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, and oversee the delivery of services.
  • Budget Oversight: Assist in budget preparation and monitor office-related expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols within the office environment. Conduct regular safety checks and address potential hazards.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Propose improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve administrative issues, conflicts, and challenges that may arise within the corporate office.

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Additional Requirements
