    We are looking for applicants who are strong and confident in their English Communications skills working from home for a US company that provides Free Internet to qualified customers in association with US Gov. Benefit Program.



Job Context

  • Our Primary Expectations from applicants are as following:
  • You Must Have the skills in being able to Communicate (Speaking & Understand) with our US customers/clients/others etc.
  • Any Candidate with an O Level/A Level education background will get high priority in selection.
  • Any Previous experience in Customer Support/Service or Telemarketing/Telesales for International Regions (US, Canada etc.) will get priority.
  • This is a full-time job with 5 working days per week. And work hours are at night shift from 10 PM – 6 AM. (1.-1.5 hrs. break avail in between).

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Customer Support Hotline no#. where you will be taking incoming calls and making outbound calls to our customers/clients/others etc.
  • Responsible for making Sales outbound calls offering the Free Gov. Benefit Service and offering Electronic Products (e.g. Tablet/Pad/Mobile etc.) we sale at a subsided* price.
  • Responsible for our customer support mailbox. Reviewing inbox. And replying back to customers.
  • Chatting with customers on our social media platform.

Educational Requirements

  • O Level, A Level, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English, Master of Arts (MA) in English
  • IELTS. (Candidate with an good score on IELTS will get priority in Selection)
  • American International University Bangladesh,North South University students will get preference
  • Skills Required: Computer skill, Data Entry, High Level of Written and Spoken English, Punctuality, Strong communication skills

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 18 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Must have a valid Identification Card. (NID or Passport).
  • We expect you have your own personal room/workspace at home and you must work from their if declared as your work-station. You can’t switch location without permission.
  • Must have own PC or Laptop with good Internet Connection.
  • Must have a good Headphone/Headset with noise cancellation mic.

Job Location



  • Tk. 20000 – 25000 (Monthly)
  • Sales Bonus: (min.) 500 Taka per sales.

Compensation & Other Benefits

  • Salary Review: Half Yearly
  • Festival Bonus: 1
  • We will provide 100% of your basic as Festival Bonus.
