Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from our leads database.
  • Introduce our products and explain their benefits to potential customers.
  • Build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospects over the phone.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to match those needs.
  • Manage and update customer information accurately in our system.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, HSC
  • Training/Trade Course: Telesales,Customers Support
  • Skills Required: B2B Sales, Cold Calling, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, Fluent in English (speaking, Followup, telesales

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Customer Support, telesales

    Call Center, Telecommunication

Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • B2B customer conversion, cold calls & follow-up calls.
  • Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (UK).
