  • The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition processes, which include attracting, identifying, and recruiting top talent for our organization. The incumbent will play an important role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our hiring needs, as well as executing the onboarding process for new hires.

Job Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications.
  • Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews alongside functional teams to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop effective job descriptions, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
  • Create and update job advertisements and other recruitment materials to attract qualified candidates.
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely feedback and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Follow up the pre-employment medical screening process for new joiners and notify relevant parties upon clearance.
  • Conduct background checks for new joiners, flag any discrepancies and escalate relevant matters to ensure proper and timely resolution.
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team by making various arrangements to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Educational Requirements

  • Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a well-reputed institution

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Must have hands-on experience with talent acquisition processes, including the utilization of multichannel sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, onboarding arrangements and employer branding.
  • Should be familiar with employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Have an intuitive recruiter’s knack for identifying, reading people, as well as sourcing the best possible candidate for any role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team.
  • Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.
  • Strong presentation and delivery skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
  • IT proficiency – advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
