Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide the corporate sales team to achieve the sales target (Monthly/Quarterly/ Yearly).
  • Take all measures to prepare monthly sales plan and execute it accordingly to achieve sales target & explore new customer.
  • Supervise & Monitor effective client visit of the team members for existing and potential customers to increase the sales.
  • Substantiate competitive market structure by analyzing competitor’s product, price, feature and promotional activities and train the corporate sales team accordingly to make sales people more dynamic in the market.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product through maintaining proper coordinating & communicating with the distribution & logistics team.
  • Build and maintain a healthy/strong business relationship with new and existing customer including corporate clients, enterprise clients, govt. sector, institutional clients etc.
  • Guide the corporate sales team to identify & develop new streams for revenue growth and maintain relationship with customers to achieve repeat /referral business.
  • Articulate and implement of effective sales & marketing strategies as well as activities to enhance sales volume.
  • Make sure that all reports prepared are accurate before submitting to the management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis, Competitors sales & activity report. etc.
  • Manage, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their performance in order to ensure monthly sales targets are met.
  • Motivate team members through inspiration and guidance that encourages team to make a good relation within the department.
