Job Responsibilities

  • Must have good knowledge in Cotton/Textile Gazette & RMG Gazette.
  • Must have confident to work and handle full payroll management including 6,000(+) Manpower.
  • Responsible for company’s every day payroll processes.
  • Responsible for collecting, calculating and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
  • Managing internal HRIS Software users (KORMEE).
  • Update employee information in KORMEE software and coordinate to maintaining employee documentation.
  • Daily Attendance Management (Data device, Processing & Manual modifications etc).
  • Generating attendance related reports like “Daily attendance report”, “Absent report”, “Punch missing report”, “Attendance Summary reports” , “Late Punch report” etc.
  • Prepare tentative salary summary and submit to the management in every 10 days to keep them update about running months’ salary total figure.
  • Responsible for print out employee’s ID card & take over to the floor HR.
  • Keeping the record of all kinds of leave enjoyed by the employees in KORMEE software.
  • Sending Absenteeism analysis and other analytical reports to Management.
  • Prepare Employees Performance appraisal form for worker, Staff & officer.
  • Prepare monthly/yearly increment sheet for worker, Staff & officer.
  • Prepare monthly Salary and generating Salary Sheet & Pay Slip.
  • Prepare Daily/Monthly OT & Salary Report.
  • Prepared Final Settlement Bill.
  • Prepare Earn Leave encashment sheet & Payment.
  • Eid Bonus Bill Prepare & Payment.
  • Prepare Bank forwarding of Monthly salary, Overtime & EL-encashment, Final Settlement, Various payment and handover to the Accounts & Finance department.
  • Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
  • Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles and record keeping in HRIS.
  • Supervises other payroll persons and employees as needed.
  • Keep confidentiality of employees’ pay records.
  • Accountability to give full support to the floor HR and sub-ordinate’s regarding any payroll issues.
  • All kind of report prepare required of Management
  • And support to HR others factional works etc.
