Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for motoring and supervising total payroll and enrollment management.
  • Responsible for maintaining & keeping all employee personnel files.
  • Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps.
  • Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs as per instructional design.
  • Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks.
  • Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
  • Yearly Training plan with budget.
  • Responsible for maintaining, developing & supervising HRIS system.
  • Responsible for arranging orientation, guidance & training program for newly joined and existing employees.
  • Co-ordinate and complete the total process of performance appraisal based on KPI.
  • Reminding & preparing the appointments, probations, confirmations, terminations, dismissal, promotion/demotion, increments and such kind of letters.
  • Liaison with the in-charge of branches/departments/companies HR, Admin, ERP software provider, HR consultancy firms and training institutes.

Educational Requirements

  • MBA/Master’s in Human Resource Management from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    HR operation, payroll management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Age 32 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
  • Good command over spoken and written English.
  • Good communication, drafting and reporting skills.
  • Should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and Bangladesh Labor Rule 2015.
  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a pre-set time-frame
  • Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power Point, Office Outlook & Internet.

Job Location



    Tk. 20000 – 24000 (Monthly)
