Job Responsibilities

  • To do day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal affairs. Handling staff, database-file info, update HR MIS. Keep records leaves and attendance management.
  • To arrange, conduct & process Recruitment & Selection as per policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
  • Conduct the orientation & awareness program for the employees to educate them about the rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety; first aid, policies, procedures and discipline.
  • Assist Department Head in all administrative activities of the Organization.
  • Daily floor visit about safety , hygiene and compliance issue
  • Maintain different register and service book as per labor law
  • Different Monthly report Submit to Management & Department Head.
  • Liaison with government and others agency
  • Anything assign by management.

Educational Requirements

  • BBA/ MBA in HRM from any reputed institute.
  • PGDHRM will be preferred.
  • Any training on HRM, Compliance, Labor Law, Environmental compliance etc. will be added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) of any,
  • Administration, HR, Compliance, Health/ Safety & Fire, Labor Counseling
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) FMCG, Paint industry, Garments Industry or any factory admin experience will be given preference.
  • General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management.
  • Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Office and Payroll related areas
  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
