Job Context

    Uttorayon Amana City limited is a steadily growing organization a recognized leader in the housing and real estate sector of Bangladesh is looking for hard working professionals in the above position which carry very attractive remuneration packages.

Job Responsibilities

  • Must be able to lead a team as well as meet his own Targets.
  • Creates, builds and harness Customer Relationships to maintain Retention.
  • Must be experienced in Negotiating Price and Payment Schedules in Real Estate perspective.
  • Must be Creative, Proactive, and Innovative in ideas and designing Products.
  • Must be able to develop short term and long term sales strategies to compete in the fast changing Market scenarios and challenges.
  • Facilitate Management team to review and evaluate business performance in Business review meetings.
  • Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
  • Manage all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
  • Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic marketing planning.
  • Product promotion at corporate office, university, school, college, shopping mall, market and others.
  • To look after Advertisement & direct sales, product promotion activities.
  • Routine effective follow-up.
  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Prepare and Submit Daily Works Report to supervisor.
  • Continuous communication with the clients and give the product information.
  • Market Mapping and create client database.
  • Communicate with clients and give product information.
  • Create reference customer through current customer and clients.
  • Must have experience in creating offer letter.
  • Must have knowledge about real estate products and its profit equalization.
  • Must have knowledge about showing product demonstration to the client
  • Must have knowledge about real estate market.
  • Should know about market research for product promotion in any place or area.
  • Executing sales through appropriate process.
  • Report to head of Marketing for any programs and achieving sales targets.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Sales and Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales and Marketing
  • Training/Trade Course: Sales and Marketing

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    flat sales, land Sales, Plot and Appartment sale, Real Estate Marketing, Sales & Marketing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Real Estate


Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 25 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • The Applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Real Estate/ Land Development.
  • Should have stress tolerance, formal presentation and team leadership skill and should be proactive.
  • Good knowledge of the sales process and the industry.
  • Should be ready to undertake Target oriented Sales Duties

  • Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English & Bangla.
  • Ready to work beyond office time.
  • Computer literacy is a must.

Salary

  • Tk. 15000 – 20000 (Monthly)
  • Attractive sales commission.
