Job Responsibilities

  • Attend phone calls at the call center, answer customer queries and take necessary actions based on customer’s queries/requirements.
  • Provide specific and appropriate information to customers.
  • Record after-sales service requests from customers and communicate with the respective service team to ensure on-time service.
  • Follow up with the customers to ensure successful completion of service and collect CSI data.
  • Input and record customer information in the database.
  • Communicate and cross-check with customers on periodic service, warranty, and other relevant issues.
  • Generate sales/service leads through phone calls and forward data to the sales/service team.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

  • Skills Required: good listening skill, Interpersonal Skills, Strong communication skills
