    As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to promote and sell mineral water products to both existing and potential customers. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and market segments for mineral water products.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear sales targets, provide guidance, and monitor team performance.
  • Foster a positive and motivated work environment to maximize team productivity.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for mineral water products.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Product Promotion and Marketing:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure effective product positioning and branding in the market.
  • Provide feedback on market trends to guide product development and innovation.
  • Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure adequate product availability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to meet demand.
  • Optimize distribution channels for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage the sales department’s budget, including expenses related to sales operations, travel, and marketing activities.
  • Ensure cost control measures are in place to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure that all sales activities adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain a high level of product quality and consistency.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the beverage or mineral water industry.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
