Job Responsibilities

  • Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employee.
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
  • Design. distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
  • Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
  • Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
  • Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Manage employees’ grievances.
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Design compensation and benefits packages.
  • Employee final settlement.
  • Various types of letter drafting as per instruction of HOD.
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities.

  • BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 35 years
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Basic computer skills, so that they will already be familiar with the basic job functions once they start work.
  • Should have good negotiation, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Should also know the basic local employment guidelines, especially those related to workplace safety and health issues. In addition, (s) he often has to represent the organization in negotiations with external agencies.
