Job Context

    We are looking for a well-organized, sincere, punctual, talented & hardworking Personal Assistant to the CEO.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences. Ensure that the CEO’s time is optimized and meetings are well-coordinated.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Prioritize and respond to messages on behalf of the CEO.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and any necessary documentation.
  • Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings. Take minutes, draft summaries, and follow up on action items.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, executives, and employees. Serve as a point of contact and liaise between the CEO and various parties.
  • Help the CEO prioritize tasks, allocate time efficiently, and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Assist in delegating tasks to appropriate team members, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Screen and filter incoming requests, visitors, and phone calls, ensuring that the CEO’s time is optimized.

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Business Analysis, Business Planning, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Management Coordinator

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Assistant Personal Officer, Personal officer, Personal Secretary
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Architecture Firm, Interior Design


Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Must be smart, proactive and punctual.
  • Well groomed (Both Personally and Corporate)
  • Must have sound knowledge in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel, Word & Power Point) is mandatory.
  • Oral and written communication both in Bengali & English
  • Desire to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure.
  • Ability to cope with constant changes.
  • For male candidates, person who can drive will be given priority.
  • Attend the meetings with CEO and sometimes even on behalf of the CEO.
  • Have to maintain proper communication with the CEO, clients and others on behalf of clients.
  • Have to be flexible to attend meetings sometimes outside Dhaka.
