Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure day-to-day operations of the HR and administrative functions and maintain management guidelines to preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Monitor day to day Attendance, Leave, Absent, holiday & Prepare daily attendance report all kinds of payment sheet (Salary, wages etc.), update employees transfer, maintain the employee’s Personal file with all related papers, promotion, increment & other information in HRMS Software
  • Using HRMS software.
  • Prepare different MIS reports when required and also must have skill hand & good experience with Bangla and English Typing.
  • Conduct background check, reference check and verify identity before confirming employment of candidate keeping past and current records and background checks and maintain official documents, ensure proper documentation of all HR & Admin related files and Issue employee accessories.
  • Ensure employee separation process & prepare final Settlement bill as per as BLL 2006 & BLR 2015 and maintain administrative & human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system;
  • Monitor the security management, vehicle management, waste management, grievance management etc.
  • Monitor office cleaning, housekeeping and renovation work. Motivate and counsel also the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability
  • Updating all necessary license/certificates/permits.
  • Any other task assigns by Management.

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Human Resource Management
  • PGD in Human Resource
  • Training/Trade Course: PGD in Human Resource
  • Skills Required: Admin, Administration, HRM, Job Analysis & Manpower Planning, Recruitment

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
