Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their requirements, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively approach potential corporate clients to promote our products and services.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, contracts, and quotations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and customize sales approaches accordingly.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and sales teams to achieve collective sales goals and share best practices.
  • Provide report to reporting officer, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance sales skills.

  • Managerial Skill: Controlling corporate sales
  • Computer Skill: Operating system-Windows-10, XP, 2016
  • Good hand in MS Office applications, E-mail and Internet operations of different software.
  • Dynamic, able to manage team, and have Excellent Leadership Quality and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
  • Preference will be given to experienced persons working in housing or real estate companies based in Noakhali.
