Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain the regular schedule, filing and manage communication and documentation for the PC/Director’s Office.
  • To work closely with Director and take meeting minuets and conduct with different programmes
  • Orient new employee & provide technical support
  • To maintain cordial relationship with other colleagues and oversee logistical support and administrative support for Social Compliance event organizing such as workshops, seminars, meetings, conferences as per BRAC HRD protocols.
  • Manage procurement / transportation requirements as per BRAC HRD requirements.
  • Handle all travel logistics of HO staff before, during and after travel.
  • Prepare budget of different Social Compliance events with regards to venue bookings, food costs and logistical support.
  • Handle all mailing and courier needs.
  • Maintain the filing of contracts, CVs, MoUs and relevant agreements for the Director’s office and liaise with external Organization on various Administrative and Financial issues.
  • Coordinate, field office and field staff recruitment and assessment procedures with BRAC HRD.
  • Establish a safeguarding culture across all levels of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and implemented in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
