Job Context

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our organization as the Manager of Operations for our Shopping Complex, Residential Hotel, Banquet Hall, and Housing Business. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of these diverse areas, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding customer service, and optimal financial performance. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, a solid background in operations management, and a comprehensive understanding of the retail, hospitality, and entertainment industries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the overall operations of the Shopping Complex, Residential Hotel, Party Center, and Housing Limited.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across all areas, including occupancy rates, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and cost control.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and drive continuous enhancements.
  • Maintain and elevate high standards of customer service across all areas of operation.
  • Develop and enforce customer service protocols and standards to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Respond to customer feedback, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring their resolution to the highest satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of employees across multiple departments, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Set performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentorship, and identify training needs.
  • Promote teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, and employee engagement to drive operational success.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage operational budgets, revenue forecasts, and cost control measures.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation and profitability.
  • Implement effective inventory management practices, control expenses, and identify revenue enhancement opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure efficient operations and favorable terms.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and service level agreements, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor vendor performance, conduct periodic reviews, and address any issues or disputes in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all areas of operation.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks or hazards.
  • Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard the premises, assets, and guests.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term strategic plans and objectives for business growth.
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new business opportunities to expand and diversify the organization’s offerings.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and increase footfall.
  • Maintaining liaison with various government, semi-government and autonomous institutions.

  • Minimum graduated in any discipline.
  • Any professional degree will be considered as an added advantage.

    Administration, holdings, Hotel Management, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Sales Operations, Shopingmall
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Party/ Community Center, Real Estate, Shopping mall

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 30 years

  • Proven experience in managing operations within the retail, hospitality, and entertainment industries, preferably with exposure to shopping complexes, residential hotels, and community centers.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, customer expectations, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for operations management.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work evenings.
