Job Context

    The HR and Admin Officer is responsible for overall administration and HR activities and requires to provide strategic assistance to all aspects of the Admin and HR to ensure maximum achievement of Desh TV`s objectives within the framework of organizational principles and policies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department;
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques;
  • Prepare employment contract for all service providers and interns;
  • Assist to conduct induction schedule of new hires;
  • Assist to conduct in-house training programs, employee performance appraisal and other key to ensure that all in-house rules and regulations are adhered to;
  • Ensuring job description for every employee position is up-to-date and accurate;
  • Open and maintain personal file of all personnel of the organization;
  • Maintain attendance & Leave data;
  • Ensure smooth processing of offer letter, confirmation, transfer and promotion.
  • Provide support on employee development activities of all categories of employees;
  • Assist supervisor and pursue all HR related issues, responsibilities and works.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients;
  • Arrange meetings; maintain a master corporate calendar of all conferences, all-hands events, holidays, and vacations;
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally;
  • Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed;
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services;
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs;
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times;
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems;
  • Maintaining Roster and ensuring office cleanliness;
  • Sending business letters or emails to local & overseas companies and offices;
  • Ensuring Logistics for daily operation;
  • Processing work orders and bills, and ensuring office Security.

Educational Requirements

  • BBA/MBA in HRM or Masters in any discipline from any reputed institute.
  • PGDHRM will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

  • At most 3 year(s)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Positive and proactive attitude toward any assigned task;
  • Ability to communicate effectively & professionally;
  • Computer literacy particularly in MS Office;
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Good proficiency in English will be highly preferable.
