Job Context

    We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Sales (HOS) to lead our sales team and achieve our sales objectives for our Fan Product Division. You will be responsible for managing our sales operations, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring that our team achieves its sales targets. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of the fan product market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the Fan Product Division.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing, Business Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.

Experience Requirements

  • 10 to 20 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Sales & Marketing, sales and Distribution

Additional Requirements

  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Proven work experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Director or similar senior role.
  • Experience in the fan product industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
