Job Context

    We are looking to employ a human resources head who will oversee the HR team and make sure that all HR-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. As HR head, he/she will collaborate closely with top management to define policies and strategies related to human resources. Additionally, he or she will be responsible for making sure that the organization-wide policies and strategies are successfully implemented, including a strong performance management system that is in line with the goals of the business. He/she will be well-versed in HR-related market trends and legal requirements. On all pertinent issues, he or she should provide advice to the board and senior management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create plans and policies for issues including compensation for employees, a performance management system, benefits, health and safety, etc.
  • Put operational HRMS and internal databases in place across all departments, factories, and locations.
  • Watch over the systems in place for paying employees and evaluating their performance.
  • Examine and revise the agreements and contracts relating to employment.
  • Prepare budgets for human resources.
  • Keep track of important HR metrics like retention rates and cost per recruit.
  • Organize projects involving internal communication (such as surveys of job satisfaction).
  • Analyze the benefits programmes’ performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Supervise personnel in HR and offer skilled guidance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and interact with labour.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant legal requirements.
  • Ensure grievance redress and invoke disciplinary actions when required.
  • Use HR metrics to analyze data and deliver reports to senior management and the board.
  • Attend other meetings and seminars as directed by the authorities, as well as executive, management, and staff meetings.
  • Design programmes and policies strategically to promote employee development and satisfaction.
  • Create an efficient approach to reduce employee turnover and absenteeism.
  • Implement self-assessment system.
  • Maintain annual confidential report regularly.
  • Take the necessary steps to impart training on a regular basis.

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements

  • At least 18 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Factory HR Operations, General HR
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Automobile, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Age 40 to 55 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Good Knowledge on HR & Administration
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and communication ability
  • Should be self driven, result oriented, hard working.
  • High level of professional integrity
  • Good knowledge in Computer specially in MS Office, Internet, etc;
  • Good command in Bengali and English.
