Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and achieve yearly portfolio budget of Corporate Liability to grow business volumes
  • Enhance corporate deposit base to support the lending growth
  • Identify the scope for improvements in corporate liability products quality
  • Liaise with the ALM Committee to ensure right strategies for deposit mobilization
  • Ensure compliance as per internal policy framework
  • Lead, train employees to achieve sales goals

Additional Requirements

  • 10 to 16 Years of experience in banking/NBFI industry in Corporate Liability/Wealth Management

  • Behavioral Competencies: Quality Decision Making, Negotiation Skills, Analytical Ability
  • Functional Competencies: Business Acumen, Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge
