  • We are looking for a Male General Manager (Manpower Overseas) at our office:
  • Candidates are expected to be goal-oriented, confident, experienced, and very good in English speaking and writing. We are looking for energetic, hard-working, smart, punctual, honest, and self-motivated individuals to fulfill the following post.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff.
  • Creating and implementing strategies for business growth.
  • Ensuring that the department delivers quality offerings to clients.
  • Working closely with account managers and other senior staff to retain clients.
  • Developing new solutions to meet client needs.
  • Improving internal processes for better productivity.
  • Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports.
  • Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of a location or business unit.
  • Searching for new customers when necessary and registering them.
  • Developing relationships with existing customers through tele-sales.
  • Providing after-sales service and support.
  • Handling advertisement and direct sales, as well as product promotion activities.
  • Engaging in corporate sales planning.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and conducting client counseling sessions.
  • Organizing corporate sales meetings and tele-marketing activities.
  • Developing strong customer relations and networking.
  • Executing other sales and marketing related tasks as required.
  • Demonstrating a target-oriented approach and the ability to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Regularly following up with existing and potential clients to maximize opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Engaging in other related business development activities.
